The Broadband Collective are changing the company used to provide the wholesale connection to the internet on 27th December. This will not affect your connection or service except for those of you who use Microsoft Outlook or a similar program for email (Mac Mail for Apple users) in which case you may find you cannot send emails and you get a message saying “Unable to connect to smtp server ”
If you get this message then call us on 0777 2107688 and we will tell you how to change your outgoing mail server.
