You can contact us on the support mobile phone which one of the volunteers will be looking after. If they don’t answer straight away just leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will arrange for someone to visit you to make sure you can receive the signal and to check on the compatibility of your PC.  Once that is complete we can normally connect you within a few days.
